I'm in desperate need of New Jersey postcards for a "Postcard Exchange" that our class will be participating in this year. If anyone happens to go down the shore or anywhere where you see some New Jersey postcards, it would be wonderful if you could pick a few up for us. I'm in need of 50, but I wouldn't expect one person to buy them all.

Also, if you attend the Open House on September 3rd, feel free to bring your child's supplies and unpack. The desks should be all set up at that time, and the children will be able to find out where their cubby is and everything. It might ease the transition on the first day of school if everything is there and ready.

Welcome new third graders! I can't wait to meet you! I hope that you're ready for a fun-filled learning adventure this year! I'd love for you to send me an email and introduce yourself!

Hopefully you're working on getting your supplies ready for the first day of school. Some of you may have questions about putting together your "Blue Bird Binders" so please click here to read the simple directions. You can always email me if you have questions, or wait until the first day of school and we can put them together there.

***Important...notebooks DO NOT go inside of the binders!
